• Born and Raised in Syracuse, N.Y.
• Graduated from U.S. Naval Academy in 1984, BS in Business Administration.
• Naval Officer, Active duty and Reserve, attained rank of LCDR prior to honorable Discharge in 2001.
• Served as Damage Control officer on USS Santa Barbara AE-28 and Propulsion Officer on USS Forrestal CV-59.
• Business operations and Facilities Management for G.E. Aerospace.
• In 1992 Entered Parker College of Chiropractic (PCC), began ART training and Neurology Diplomate in 1994.
• Graduated PCC May 1995 Doctor of Chiropractic DC, and BS in Anatomy.

Dr. Prokopiak is certified and current for spine, upper and lower extremity ART as well as the advanced Biomechanics certification. He attends at least one ART recredentialing course each year.

Dr. Pro has provided ART to many athletes including: Golfers David Ledbetter, John Huston and Paul Azinger. MLB players, Mariano Rivera, Pedro Martinez, Alphonso Soriano, Freddie Sanchez, Kiko Calero, Moises Alou, Ramiero Mendoza and many minor league and college players. He has provided ART to the Tampa Bay Pro Team players (Lightning, Devil Rays and Buccaneers.)
