Thinking I would live in pain forever I had been diagnosed with CTS, pinched nerves and other various diagnosis from several doctors, had recieved a mass amount of pain medication and physical therapy with no results. My condition lasted for five years until I made an appointment with Dr. John Prokopiak. He used the Active Release Tecnique (ART®) for my treatment for approximately three months and then, he prescibed of all things, yoga. I cannot believe that I have not been back for treatment for over three months now and I remain painless and I am happily involved in yoga. Dr. Prokopiak is very knowlegable when it comes to rsi patients and I found him to be honest, which is a rarity. I would highly recommend him to other people, especially those who have RSI injuries.
